The honorary guests of the event were representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian-Arab Cultural Center, the House of Nationalities and partners of national cultural educational centers. St. Petersburg House of Nationalities sent a greeting letter to the participants, noting that 2026 — the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia — adds great significance to the event. Consolidation of society, cultural sovereignty and national identity are priorities of state policy, and the Festival embodies the unity of the multinational people and their cultural heritage.

The program combined a festive concert, a national exhibition, a demonstration of traditional costumes and a food tasting.

The Festival was opened by First ViceRector Albert Abilov. He emphasized that the event is an opportunity to get to know each other, make friends.

The students of SPbSUT helped in organizing the concert, creating the symbol of the event– the "tree of friendship". Elnara Shabanova combined the role of host with presenting Azerbaijani culture, while Mukhammadamin Khamdamov introduced guests to Tajik musical instruments and demonstrated national clothes on the catwalk.

Head of International Cooperation Department Yana Ilyinskaya, noted that the festival breaks down barriers, bringing together both international and Russian students. She also emphasized the role of the Russian language as a key bridge between cultures. "Many people learn Russian from scratch. Some – a few months, some - a year. However, today the guys confidently conduct dialogues, read poetry and perform live performances. The level that they demonstrate today is the merit of our teachers".

The Festival ended on a high note, leaving the feeling of a real celebration. The organizers thanked the students, partners and guests for their active participation and creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere and invited everyone to meet in a year.
