SPbSUT is included in the Forbes university ranking

St Petersburg State University of Telecommunications was included in the “Best Russian Universities – 2024” ranking compiled by the business publication Forbes. SPbSUT took 72nd place out of 100.

The long list includes 547 universities.

Forbes analysts evaluated universities according to five metrics: the quality of networking, the reputation of employers, the quality of teaching, international reputation, and the Forbes factor. The average Unified State Exam score of applicants and the share of Olympiad participants from the total number of university students, the opinions of the best employers in Russia from various industries, the positions of universities in institutional rankings, the share of teachers with an academic degree, etc. were taken into account.

The 100 strongest universities in Russia, including 52 universities from Moscow and 16 from St Petersburg, were included in the ranking.

St Petersburg State University of Telecommunications was included in the Forbes rating for the first time. The University has become the only university of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation in the ranking.
