"University of the Year": SPbSUT – winner of the "Recognition and Influence" award
St Petersburg State University of Telecommunications is the winner of the annual city award "Recognition and Influence" of the Fontanka portal in the "University of the Year" nomination.
Acting Rector of SPbSUT Georgiy Mashkov received the award at an award ceremony on the evening of December 15 at the Main Headquarters of the State Hermitage Museum.
"I am happy and from the whole team I express my gratitude to the organizers of this award. Recognition is nationwide, influence is the same. We influence the fate of the country through our students. This is our future! I thank the organizers once again – we will work out everything we have earned!" - said Georgiy Mashkov from the stage.
Fontanka readers nominated candidates to win in 11 nominations in the fall of 2022. Then the best of the finalists were chosen. 58 educational institutions participated in the nomination "University of the Year", 10 passed to the final.
