SPbSUT team at the All-Russian forum "Historical Maximum"

Students, postgraduates and teachers of SPbSUT became participants of the All-Russian forum "Historical Maximum", which was held in Rostov-on-Don.

The SPbSUT delegation at the forum was the largest. The team included: Head of History and Regional Studies Department Anton Geht, Senior Lecturer of the Department Artem Nerovny, students Bossan Shirlieva, Ksenia Kuzmina, Maria Safronova, Maria Kilina, Elizaveta Serdyuk, Ekaterina Logvinova, postgraduates Bogdan Reznikov and Dmitry Isaenko.

Forum members listened to a series of lectures and visited the most interesting historical and ethnographic museums of the region. 126 contestants competed for the title of the winner of the "Historical Maximum": they wrote essays, passed a test and a quest.

SPbSUT results:

•   in the track "Military and political history" Anton Gecht took the 1st place;
•   in the track "History of Art and Culture" Bossan Shirliyeva took III place;
•   in the track "History of everyday life" Artyom Nerovny took III place.

The forum was held in the Year of the Teacher and Mentor with the financial support of the Presidential Grants Fund.

The project brought together young professionals and teachers from 35 Russian cities.
