Students were told about Artificial Intelligence

An open online lecture for SPbSUT students took place last week. The participants discussed modern AI technologies and areas of practical application.

Director of Science and Technology of the Agency for Artificial Intelligence Roman Dushkin gave the lecture. The meeting was moderated by Senior Lecturer of History and Regional Studies Department Artem Nerovny.

The speaker gave an excursion into the history of the formation of the concept of Artificial Intelligence, told about the capabilities of this technology and the principles of operation. Roman examined in detail the areas of modern AI applications, and then gave an expert assessment of the prospects for its development in science, industry and everyday life.
