SPbSUT at the meeting of experts of Technology Transfer Centers

Head of the Department for Organization of Scientific Work and Training of Scientific Personnel Alexey Nesterov took part in a working meeting of the heads of Technology Transfer Centers in Moscow on May 24.

The experts exchanged experience in commercializing the results of research activities and the competencies of employees in scientific organizations and universities.

Technology Transfer Centers are being created in universities and scientific organizations to introduce research developments into the industry within the framework of the Concept of Technological Development approved by the Government of the Russian Federation until 2030. The main objectives are to involve researchers in solving technological and business problems of companies and corporations, as well as to attract organizations of the real sector of the economy as customers and partners in the implementation of research and development work.

SPbSUT received a grant for the development of the Technology Transfer Center. It will contribute to the creation and development of an integrated system for the commercialization of developments in the field of digital technologies, information solutions, radio and wire communication systems, promotion to target markets and the real sector of the economy.
