Participation of SPbSUT students in the environmental campaign "Clean Coast"

On September 11th, the eighth International Environmental Action "Clean Coast" was held in St. Petersburg, dedicated to improving the ecology of the Gulf of Finland coast. The event is aimed at developing the volunteer movement and increasing the level of environmental culture of the population.

SPbSUT students traditionally joined the action and cleared the coastline from garbage in the village of Tarkhovka in the Resort district of St. Petersburg.

The University of Telecommunications was represented by students of the training direction 05.03.06 "Ecology and Nature Management" of the Faculty of Radio Communication Technologies.

The environmental initiative was attended by 500 people-representatives of 18 universities, 4 colleges, 10 commercial enterprises, 3 public organizations.

The action was organized by the Committee for Nature Management, Environmental Protection and Environmental Safety.
