Information on quotas of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation for foreign students

Information for international students studying in the last courses of bachelor's and master's degrees.

On September 1st, registration for participation in the selection for training in Russian educational organizations in the 2022/2023 academic year at the expense of the federal budget was opened.

The deadline for submitting documents is November 1st, 2021. To access the registration, click on the link .

The selection takes place in two stages:

the first stage of selection is carried out by the foreign representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo, Russian embassies and foreign missions;
The second stage is carried out by Russian educational organizations.
Please note that a foreign citizen must apply to a Russian foreign institution on the territory of the country of which he is a citizen, regardless of his location.

Contacts of all representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo can be found on the website. If there is no representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the country, the selection functions are performed by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation. The contacts of the Russian embassies are published on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
