SPbSUT master student is among the winners of CUP RUSSIA 2023

Kristina Bolshakova was among the winners of the Cup Russia 2023 case championship, the largest in Russia. The final took place on May 3 in the Digital Business Space in Moscow.

More than 4,000 students and graduates worked on Harvard business cases and designed their solutions in the form of presentations. The best qualified for the finals and presented the final project to the managers of Alfa-Bank, Excellence Expert, P&G, Lab Industries, VTB Bank, CMWP and S+ Consulting.

The participants needed to show significant analytical skills, a creative approach to data presentation and the ability to work in a team to solve cases.

Kristina Bolshakova, as part of a team of participants from various cities, spent a month developing solutions for cases from the largest companies in the "High Level" section (for those who have already passed the case championships two or more times).

The finalists presented their solutions in the Digital Business Space in Moscow. Following the results of the final, the team with Kristina became the winner in the nomination "The most well-coordinated team" and took 4th place in the overall standings. The team members got an internship opportunity with further employment in the largest companies of the general and official partners of the championship.

"We have devoted a part of ourselves to the projects, now we are recovering. Our team was in touch 24/7, sleepless nights in brainstorming to generate ideas. It was difficult to plan every day, combine all the weekly tasks, but we coped with it and didn't get lost anywhere. This is an incredible experience and an opportunity to start a new stage in life, which leads to fundamental changes," said Kristina.
