SPbSUT is preparing for a new Arctic expedition
SPbSUT Master's Institute continues a series of expeditions to the Arctic region. 15 people will go on a two-week trip along the coast of the White Sea in a mid-May.
Students and teachers from SPbSUT, SPbSUT colleges and other universities of St Petersburg and Arkhangelsk will be part of the team. The participants will conduct research on the latest devices developed for the Arctic zone, analyze the environmental situation.
The application of SPbSUT Master's Institute for the expedition was supported by Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Arkhangelsk Region, St Petersburg Committee for Arctic Affairs and the All-Russian Interuniversity professional competition "Rediscovering Russia".
The team of SPbSUT won the professional competition "Rediscovering Russia" and the "More than a Journey" program of the "Russia - Land of Opportunities" platform. The participants went on a scientific expedition to the Arctic. They tested the developments of SPbSUT in the village of Dikson, Krasnoyarsk Territory, located on the coast of the Kara Sea from October 29 to November 10, 2022.
