Information for applicants from the Republic of Belarus

Dear applicants, please note that citizens of Russia and Belarus have equal rights to enter educational institutions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.

How Belarusians can enroll in a Russian university:

pass the Unified State Exam;
pass the internal entrance exams to the university;
get a scholarship from the Government of the Russian Federation. For more information, you can contact the Rossotrudnichestvo centers in Minsk, Brest and Gomel;
starting from this year, when entering the Belarusian applicants, it is enough to present a certificate with successful results of centralized testing.
If the exams are successfully passed, Belarusian citizens will be able to study on a budget, and if there are not enough points, the applicant can choose a contract form of training.
