Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadayev sent congratulations on Russian Students’ Day students, graduate students and teachers of SPbSUT.

Maksut Shadayev stressed that this day is a celebration of "youth and prospects", and the time of study is a "bright life period" that determines a person's fate and lays the foundation for professional and personal heights.
