SPbSUT student is a laureate of the city contest "Student of the Year"

The ceremony honoring the winners of the contest "Student of the Year-2022" was held on November 25. 156 applications from 35 higher education institutions of the Northern Capital were accepted for participation.

The competition is held annually under the auspices of the Committee on Science and Higher Education and the Council of Rectors of Universities of St Petersburg and Leningrad region in 12 categories - science and creativity, voluntary movement and leisure, sports and student self–government and others.

The awarding ceremony was conducted by Vice-Governor of St Petersburg Vladimir Knyaginin, Chairman of the Committee on Science and Higher Education Andrey Maksimov, Chairman of the Council of Rectors of Universities of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region Alexey Demidov, Sergey Pershin General Director of the Center for the Development of Cultural Initiatives, and rectors of universities of St Petersburg.

Pavel Khramko (Faculty of Information Systems and Technologies) became a lauret in the nomination "The best propagandist and organizer in the field of healthy lifestyle". Pavel - deputy head of the student sports club "Bonch Tigers", curator of the project for the development of student self-government in the dormitories "BonchCampus", coordinator of many student sports events at SPbSUT.
