Presentation of the joint project of SPbSUT and the North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering

On November 24th, a public presentation of the joint educational project of The Bonch-Bruevich St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications and the North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering (NCIAE) for the training of Chinese students at the faculties of Faculty of Infocommunication Networks and Systems, Faculty of Information Systems and Technologies and Faculty of Digital Economy, Management and Business Informatics took place. The meeting was attended by members and observers of the Expert Province of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and heads of the Department of Education of Hebei Province.

The meeting began with a speech by the rectors of the universities Sergey Bachevsky and Han Wenzhong, who made brief presentations about the benefits of studying under joint programs, as well as about the activities and achievements of each of the universities.

During the section of answers to questions, possible formats of training in the conditions of a pandemic, the state of infrastructure and educational and material base of the Russian and Chinese sides were discussed.

The results of the defense will be known at the end of the year. SPbSUT and NCIAE hope for a positive conclusion from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the start of the project in 2022.
