SPbSUT took part in the BRICS forum " Innovations and networks of the future»
On October 29th-30th the BRICS forum "Innovations and networks of the future" was held. SPbSUT took part in the forum with a report from Russian Federation with the support and coordination of the Ministry of digital development, communications and mass media of the Russian Federation and the Federal communications Agency (Rossvyaz).
On October, 30th the report on "5G Evolution towards a decentralized network structure" in format of video conference was presented:
Kucheriavy Andrey Evgenyevich - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, head of Communication networks and data transmission Department
Natalia Chistova - Director of the financial and legal Department (FPA) of SPbSUT
Alexey Borodin, head of the Rostelecom representative Office in Geneva
, discussed issues such as communication infrastructure, 5G, artificial intelligence, industrial Internet, cybersecurity and the Internet of things.
