Study in Russia for free!

SPbSUT invites foreign applicants to take part in the competition for a quota for studying in Russia in the 2023/2024 academic year! 100 places are allocated for students from abroad in the leading technical areas of studying implemented at the University.

In order to get a quota for studying, you need to register on the website. 

3 stages of selection:

1. you need to send the documents to the Rossotrudnichestvo of your country. The documents will be reviewed and submitted to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia. You can find deadlines for submission and a list of documents on the website of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo of your country and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; 
2. the Ministry selects foreign citizens recommended by the country for studying; 
3. information on each candidate based on the results of the selection is reflected in the profile on the website and is duplicated for Russian and foreign embassies.

Before applying, check that your documents:

• the documents have been translated into Russian and notarized; 
• the documents correspond to the list required for the approval of the application.

The selection functions are performed by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation (if there is no Rossotrudnichestvo office in the country).
