Memorandum for Cooperstion between SPbSUT and Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH, Sweden) has been signed

Rector of SPbSUT Sergey Bachevsky and rector of the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH, Sweden) Mats Weiberg signed a Memorandum of cooperation, within which master's students of the direction 10.04.01 "Information security" of SPbSUT will be able to study at the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) and receive two diplomas – master's degree in "Information security" of SPbSUT and BTH diploma in the direction of training "Computer technology". In turn, undergraduates from the Institute of Technology will be able to receive a BTH diploma in the direction of training "Computer technology" and a diploma of SUT in the direction of training 10.04.01 "Information security".

It is assumed that the first year of study undergraduates from BTH are trained at SPbSUT in English, then they return to BTH and write a thesis under the guidance of supervisors from SPbSUT and BTH. After successful defense of the thesis BTH University undergraduates returning the SPbSUT to re-defense. Students from SPbSUT have the opportunity after the first year of study at SPbSUT to continue their studies at BTH and defend their thesis, then return to SPbSUT to re-defend it here.

In addition, SPbSUT and BTH signed an agreement on academic mobility for Erasmus + teachers, staff and students for 2014-2021. This agreement provides the exchange of students, staff and teachers between the universities of Russia and the European Union.
