Head of the SPbSUT's International Cooperation Department in the final of the Competition "Leaders of international cooperation»

On July 16th, 2020, the All-Russian competition "leaders of international cooperation" started. The aim of the competition is to identify and support active young Russian citizens who have their own initiatives in the implementation of international projects and programs at the regional and Federal levels. The contest is organized by Youth Organization "Rosmolodezh" with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia, and the A. M. Gorchakov public diplomacy support Foundation and the BRICS National research Committee.

Based on the results of the correspondence stage, in which participants described their experience in the development of international cooperation, the jury selected 50 finalists for the full-time stage. Irina Karimova, head of the International Cooperation Department became among the finalists.

The finalists are invited to Moscow at the end of October to participate in full-time educational and practical modules aimed at developing initiatives to further expand international youth cooperation. The authors of the best projects will receive the status of "leader of international cooperation", which implies organizational support of Rosmolodezh and partners of the Competition, and the winning projects will also be included in the plan of events of Youth Organization "Rosmolodezh" for 2021.

We congratulate Irina Ildarovna on the successful first stage of the competition and wish her victory in the full-time stage in Moscow!
