Associate Professor of SPbSUT gave a lecture to students from Uzbekistan

On May 21st, the first joint session of SPbSUT and Inha University (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) took place in an online format. Associate Professor of the Department of Communication networks and data transmission Ammar Saleh Ali Muthanna gave a lecture to Uzbek students on the topic "Internet of things and artificial intelligence in communication networks". The event was also attended by teachers and representatives of the administration of Inha and SPbSUT.

Ammar Saleh Ali presented the results of current research at SPbSUT, as well as the University's laboratory. During the lesson, the problems of recognizing, monitoring and managing traffic for ultra-dense 5G networks were discussed, and Artificial intelligence algorithms for detecting and recognizing heterogeneous traffic in the network core, developed on the basis of the laboratory of Software-configurable networks of SPbSUT, were considered. The lecture also described technologies, devices, new models of interaction between IOT devices, types of services, ways and problems of implementing commercial products in the field of IoT.

SPbSUT and Inha University plan to further develop cooperation in the field of education and science. In the new academic year, universities plan joint classes, participation in conferences and academic exchange.
